Storage Location
All data is stored securely in Supabase with AES-256 encryption at rest. Our servers are located in the United States and comply with SOC 2 Type II standards.

SMS Consent and Usage
By providing your phone number and checking the consent box, you agree to receive SMS/text messages from Precedent AI LLC.
- Message Types: Important announcements and account updates only
- Frequency: Message frequency varies based on service needs
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help
- Costs: Message and data rates may apply
We do not send marketing or promotional content via SMS unless you separately opt in.
Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not share your Gmail data with any third parties. The only external services we use are:
- Google Gmail API: To access your emails (read-only by default)
- Anthropic Claude: For primary AI analysis (processes emails ephemerally, no data retention)
- OpenAI GPT-4: For backup AI analysis if Claude is unavailable (also ephemeral processing)
- Twilio: For SMS notifications (only phone number and message content)
- Slack API: For Slack notifications (only when you connect Slack)
- Supabase: For secure data storage (encrypted at rest)
Important: We will never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers, marketers, or any other third parties for commercial purposes.

- View all data we have about you in your account dashboard
